To relieve neck pain and discomfort during the stage following an acute injury, you just add water to the easy to fill Comfort Chamber to a level that gently conforms to your head and neck when placed inside the fiberfill shell.

In the Correct stage, during active treatment, you can start with the pillow on the non contour side, using the water fill to gently cradle the neck. Use the Contour side to help address the cause of pain and restore proper neck curvature. And if even more support is desired once you’re in the Maintain stage, adjust the water fill level and use the water cushion with the resilient foam built in neck insert, to help maintain the natural position of the head and neck and to ensure continued good health.

The water filled pillow has a guide along the edge of the water chamber to choose the level of comfort and support you need. There is no measuring required before filling the pillow with water. The water chamber slides in and out of the pillow, so it is easy to fill without getting the rest of the pillow wet.

The water filled pillow has some advantages over the standard water pillow. The unique shape center is a trapezoid impression which cradles the head in comfort. A contour lobe is built in at the bottom of the pillow to provide additional comfort and an added measure of adjustability.

Similar to filling an inner tube, the center of the pillow never fills. Instead, the more water you add the firmer the neck lobe becomes. A water chamber without a center displacement pannel can cause the center of the pillow to dome and disrupt the position of the head and neck.

The built in foam lobe provides extra neck support and also insulates the chamber so the water never feels to cool.

Care instructions

Water Filled Pillow

1. Soak in lukewarm water using mild detergent (and bleach, if desired).
2. Continue to press or flush water through until clean.
3. Rinse in clear water removing detergent and soil.
4. Press out excess water.
5. Machine dry at medium heat with three tennis balls or a soft pair of shoes to fluff.

Water Comfort Chamber

1. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
2. Air dry.
3. Periodically rinse with bleach water to maintain maximum freshness.

Neck Insert: do not wash.
