If you live within the Continental US:

We provide free shipping to Continental US Residents Only. We also provide free shipping to APO/FPO through USPS only. PO Box orders will require additional time.

We are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed delivered. Please have the package delivered to a secure and correct address. Contact us via email immediately if you notice an error in your address, prior to your order shipping. UPS/FEDEX charge $10.00 for any address correction and this charge will be your responsibility. Orders over $200.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

Email is the quickest and most efficient way to get information regarding shipping. For questions, please email us with your transaction id, please do not call - the phone is for orders only.

We ship from California, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The orders are normally shipped from the closest warehouse to you, however this is dependent on product availability at that location.

If you live in Hawaii or Alaska

Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska for light items will be provided free. Free shipping of heavier items through Parcel Post is at our discretion. This requires additional time.

If you live outside the USA:

1) We do NOT provide Free International Shipping. International Shipping Is Through UPS or USPS ONLY. We are not responsible for any Custom and/or Duty Fees placed by your country or brokerage fees charged by the carrier.

Please contact Customer Support for shipping cost prior to placing your order with the item(s) you wish to order and your complete shipping info. We will send details regarding shipping charges. We will then invoice you for the total amount. Incorrect email contact will cause delays in shipping.

2) Do Not place your order prior to contacting us, should you not agree to shipping charges after placing an order without prior contact and confirmation, a 1% fee will be charged to process any refund.
