Federal & State Health Regulations forbid us from taking back opened personal items such as pillows, braces, supports, collars, etc.. This policy on personal items conforms to code and prevents us from knowingly or unknowingly reselling products that may be a health concern due to contamination via skin, hair and saliva. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing these items to be returned, and this is your guarantee of a fresh, new product that may be used in comfort and safety by you and health care providers.
Please note: Our policy regarding returns supercedes any manufacturer or distributor policy on any item. We will not take part in any policy that allows returns on used personal items. Additionally, no refunds will be accepted for any product that incurs any damage after it is received by the customer. We do not have a tryout period and any item tried is considered used.
Any defective product(s) will be promptly exchanged - not refunded. Exchanges will only be made in the unlikely event of defective goods or our shipping error. If you have an item with a defect, please contact our customer service department to get instructions on getting your item exchanged.
Before purchasing any of our products, it is very important that you take the time to make sure that you are selecting the right style, size and type of product. We have gone to great lengths to add as many details about our products as possible to help make your decision. Any products that are deemed to be returnable are at our discretion and require authorization prior to return. Unauthorized returns will be charged a 50% processing fee. Contact our customer service department to get a return approval authorization. We offer Free Shipping on original purchase. An authorized return will be charged a 15% processing fee in addition to the original shipping cost.
We are up-front about our return policy and will have you electronically sign your agreement and understanding prior to purchase. Again, if you are not sure - don't buy!
Authorized returns must be in the original package with all materials, unused and undamaged in any way. Any authorized return that is not in an acceptable condition will be treated as unauthorized.
