Return Policy

You are responsible for paying the postage to return the item(s). Please contact Neck Pillow Store for a return authorization approval and we will email you the address to return your product.

If any items are returned, they will need to be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Please understand that our products are considered “personal items” meaning that they cannot be repackaged and re-sold. Any returns must be in original packaging and unopened. Additionally, no refunds will be accepted for any product that incurs any damage after it is received by the customer.

Any defective products will be promptly exchanged.

Please note: Federal Health Regulations forbid us from taking back pillows and personal items that have been opened. This prevents us from reselling products that may be unsanitary. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing these items to be returned, and therefore they are assured of buying a new and not a repackaged used product from us. This is your guarantee of a fresh, new product that may be used in comfort and safety.

Before purchasing any of our products, it is very important that you take the time to make sure that you are selecting the right style, and type of product. We have gone to great lengths to add as many details about our products as possible to help make your decisions easier. If you need help, our customer service department would be happy to help you determine your best options. Your questions are always welcome. We do not warranty allergies.

Exchanges will only be made in the unlikely event of defective goods or our shipping error. If you have an item with a defect, please contact our customer service department to get instructions on getting your item exchanged.

Any products that are deemed to be returnable are at our discretion, require authorization prior to return, customer is responsible for return shipping and there will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please contact customer service.
