Federal & State Health Regulations forbid us from taking back personal items. Personal items come in contact with the skin, such as pillows, braces, supports, collars, etc.. This policy on personal items prevents us from knowingly or unknowingly reselling products that may be unsanitary. We are confident that our customers would feel better knowing that we protect them by not allowing these items to be returned, and therefore they are assured of buying a new and not a repackaged used product from us. This is your guarantee of a fresh, new product that may be used in comfort and safety.
Please note: Our policy regarding returns supercedes any manufacturer or distributor policy on any item. We will not take part in any policy that allows returns on used personal items. Additionally, no refunds will be accepted for any product that incurs any damage after it is received by the customer. We do not have a tryout period and any item tried is considered used.
Any defective product(s) will be promptly exchanged. Exchanges will only be made in the unlikely event of defective goods or our shipping error. If you have an item with a defect, please contact our customer service department to get instructions on getting your item exchanged.
Before purchasing any of our products, it is very important that you take the time to make sure that you are selecting the right style, size and type of product. We have gone to great lengths to add as many details about our products as possible to help make your decision. If you need help, our customer service department would be happy to assist you in your decisions. Your questions are always welcome. We do not warranty allergies and make no claim for cures or that any product will help any specific condition.
If you are not sure - don't buy. We know this is an unusual statement for a company to make, however, we want you to think carefully about your purchase.
Any products that are deemed to be returnable are at our discretion, require authorization prior to return and will be charged a 15% processing fee. Unauthorized returns will be charged an additional 15% fee. Please contact Neck Pillow Store for a return authorization approval.
