We will on occasion use the United States Postal Service which will deliver to all points in the US (including PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii). You are responsible for paying the postage to return the item(s). Please contact Neck Pillow Store for a return authorization approval and we will email you the address to return your product.

If any items are returned, they will need to be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Please understand that our products are considered “personal items” meaning that they cannot be repackaged and re-sold. Any returns must be in original packaging and unopened. Additionally, no refunds will be accepted for any product that incurs any damage after it is received by the customer.

Any defective products will be promptly exchanged.

Please note: Federal Health Regulations forbid us from taking back pillows and personal items that have been opened. This prevents us from reselling products that may be unsanitary. If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by NeckPillowStore.com. Once we receive the package, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided back to top
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional $4.00 shipping charge. This is the cost we incur from our shippers when a shipping address is entered incorrectly. Orders that shipped to the incorrect address and delivery is subsequently refused are also subject to actual shipping charges.
